Chinese chefs have been sent to *drum roll* South England to learn the ways of Western cuisine in context of this year’s Olympic Games. 😯

No offense intended, but I didn’t find the English cuisine all too exciting when I had the chance to try it. Also I am aware that many people reduce a particular national cuisine to a single dish just to turn it down. One example I am regularly confronted with is sauerkraut which seems to be stereotyped as typical German, although it is known in other countries as well. But does it have to be Great Britain for a training course about Western cuisine? Or has “Western” been reduced to “Anglo-Saxon” already? … :mrgreen:
